History of Establishment
KPF Niaga Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koperasi Permodalan FELDA Malaysia Berhad (KPF), which has undergone a transformation and restructuring process from the previous entity known as Felda Trading Sdn Bhd.
This restructuring led to the official establishment of KPF Niaga Sdn Bhd on December 28, 2017, with a mission to develop three core business areas that form the foundation of the company's operations.
With a solid heritage from Felda Trading Sdn Bhd, KPF Niaga now operates 58 business units throughout Malaysia, covering various commercial sectors that contribute to the national economy and the well-being of the FELDA community.
Transformation & Restructuring
From Felda Trading to KPF Niaga
Felda Trading Sdn Bhd underwent significant restructuring that led to the birth of KPF Niaga Sdn Bhd on December 28, 2017.
This restructuring process was not just a name change, but a strategic transformation aimed at:
• Strengthening business position in the commercial market
• Expanding the scope of operations and services
• Increasing competitiveness in an increasingly competitive industry
• Maximizing growth potential through more focused management
Three Core Business Areas
KPF Niaga brings three main business areas that form the pillars of the company's operations:
1. Petrol Stations - Operation of petrol station network throughout Malaysia
2. Supply & Services - Supply of agricultural and plantation inputs
3. Takaful Agency - Takaful services to Felda Group and other entities
KPF Niaga History Journey
TAKAFUL AGENCY
Providing takaful services to Felda Group, KPF and FGV. Expanded to other corporate companies, contractors and individuals.
PETROL STATION SECTION
Manages 33 petrol stations owned by KPF Niaga Sdn Bhd. Consisting of 20 Petronas stations, 10 BHPetrol stations and 3 Petron stations.
PRINTING DIVISION
Managing printed materials for KPF Niaga Sdn Bhd and focusing on the Felda and FGV markets as well as the growing foreign market.
AGRO SUPPLY DIVISION
The Agro Supply Division was established with 13 branches throughout Malaysia to supply agro industry equipment that meets the current needs of the agricultural sector.
